₪₪₪ Can Child Support Wage Garnishment be done for individuals who file 1099 and not W2 in NJ?
My friends DEAD BEAT EX has done anything to escape paying support for his children but he has all the time to party in the streets and blow away his money on drugs & alcohol. Now he has acquired a new job somehow and filed status as 1099 and not W2. Her so called probation officer says that the state of NJ cannot wage garnish 1099 filers in NJ is this true? and why? Please any help would be greatly appreciated. This guys a true DEAD BEAT BUM!!! to the Nth Dimension
