₪₪₪ Can I file my late 2007 taxes by myself, without using H&R Block?

I neglected to file my 2007 taxes. I usually file myself, without using the H&R Block or other related business. I’ve never had a problem doing this. However, I am unsure if I can do late returns myself, or if I must seek professions. If I can file myself, what forms do I need? Where do I send them to? And is there an IRS fee for them being late?
