₪₪₪ Can the IRS withhold my personal tax return because of a company my husband worked for?
The IRS is currently withholding our taxes because of an “outstanding issue”. The company my husband worked for in 2010 did not pay their taxes. The owner of the now closed business has enough money and is just refusing. If this helps, it is a corporation. They currently owe $90,000 and some change. Could this be why there is a delay? My husband managed money for this company. Please attach any links if you have them.
