₪₪₪ check cashing procedure?
who is at fault the bank or the IRS
i wrote a check to the IRS for $8.46. My bank notified me that they took my funds in an overdraft account and paid the IRS 846.00 obviously a typo. i have the bank check and also the copy that came when i wrote the check. The bank said that they have to investigate and if its their fault they will refund all penalties and my money.
