You need to speak with a supervisor at BofA, how in hell can the bank not know who is levying your account. that sounds like some sort of Bof A processing fee however i have never seen one so high. Did you enter into any contracts with them or have you received a judgment from them. Usually a creditor will place a freeze before filing a suit. I may be right, I may be wrong, but it's all I can come up with.
