		<description>Fabe, I don&#039;t mean to put your business out there but i believe only the IRS or child support can &quot;freeze&quot; funds at least in California. did you mean garnish? You need to speak with a supervisor at BofA, how in hell can the bank not know who is levying your account. that sounds like some sort of Bof A processing fee however i have never seen one so high.</description>

		<description>I believe that this is a court ordered freeze to settle a judgment with LT&#039;S (Lakeside Transaction Services, Inc) which is a consulting service.  Did you enter into any contracts with them or have you received a judgment from them.
Usually a creditor will place a freeze before filing a suit.
