₪₪₪ How can i get a copy of what my past income was reported as to the IRS by my employers?

I haven’t filed taxes for 7 years and the IRS just contacted me about back taxes owed (about $2500.00) from 2003. I would like to go ahead and file for past years as I will most likely get refunds that would pay off what I owe. How do I get the W-2 or 1099 copies from the IRS of what my past employers reported so I have the correct numbers to file with?
