How can I stop neighbor harassment. She yells threats and curses at us constantly?
My neighbor is african american, I am white and I have a bi-racial daughter that lives with me. She has 3 daughters, my grandaughters. The lady (nicer than I’d like to call her) constantly yells things at us. She calls us names and says unkind things. My grandaughters are now afraid of her and don’t want to go by her door as we are leaving the apt. What can I do to get her to stop?

Have you tried talking to her? You may want to try that. Odds are though, she is a completely unreasonable person, and talking to her wont help. But I would give it a try. Then if she continues to do it, call the freakin cops. No way should your grandchildren have to be afraid to leave there own house. I suggest that you try talkin to her first though, that way if you have to call the cops, you can say that you’ve tried talking to her before. Just let her know that whatever your differences are, you’d like to be able to live civilly, as neighbors should. She should already know that, but some people are just ignorant. Good luck
