How do I handle a Bank Levy from a Collection agency?
My checking account was hit with a levy for 2800.00 I only had 39.00 I’m not sure what to do next.

If they took you to court and won a judgement against you, then it was (unfortunately) within their right to do this. Judgments allow them to garnish wages and freeze checking accounts.
Sounds like the collection agency has a judgment against you. They will take whatever they can from your bank account and come after you for the rest.
You may want to contact the collection agency and work out some kind of payment plan. That judgment isn’t going to go away. They are good for a long time and can be renewed.
