₪₪₪ How easily can I rent an apartment in ND with a bad credit report if I pay the whole lease up front?
The bad credit btw was not even anything that I did, it was put on my credit report by an admitted IRS error (tax lien) and I am still going through the long process of getting it removed from my credit report. Right now there is the public listing of the lien and then it says “paid” which doesn’t do much for me because it should never have been there in the first place. Will a landlord rent an apartment to me anyways if I just pay the whole years lease up front because then there will be no need to have good credit or any credit at all.
