Lawyers don’t usually use an ID of smallboyonherbike showing a girl and then use words like “sorta” or ask what questions to ask. If you got through law school and you are still asking for help and have trouble with grammar, then you are in big trouble in court….How did you get through law school? Did someone else do your homework papers???

I was accused by a student of giving her a bad grade because she would not sleep with me. I was able to show administrators the work in question, and work by other students that got good grades. It was apparent that the poor grade was a result of poor work. I was not diciplned, and the student eventualy dropped out of the vocational program. (The girl was actually pretty smart, and could have done well. I think that she felt that she deserved good grades just because she was smart, and shouldn’t have to work for it. I owed it to the students who did the work, to grade on work done.)

wcanoodle; I think this may be some kind of ”model courtroom” class assignment. Lighten up on the kid.

You should use the sorta questions that sexually harrass the prosecutor! Hey baby, aren’t your boobs a little too big for that bra? Or if it’s a guy, try: Hey bro, your jock strap just snapped; want me to fasten it up?

Sexual harassment is often a fact based charge. Since you are disproving something, you need to get into each facet of the allegations and begin to prove that some of the statements are false. By showing that some statements are false, you can damage the credibility of the accuser and ask the trier of fact to discount that testimony. If there is evidence other than testimonial, you will have to deal with that. If you post more details we can try to help.

    Best of luck.

Without more details it is impossible to say. It would depend on the specifics of the allegations. You would need to try to poke holes in their story or show another interpretation of the alleged events.
