I owe the IRS money for back taxes, but offset hotline has no record of a debt. Will I get a stimulus payment?

My ex has an outstanding child support debt and his rebate was offset as per that same hotline.
Just got a letter from the IRS saying I’m getting a stimulus payment….but no payment yet.

    Chances are, your stimulus check will be intercepted also, and garnished to satisfy your outstanding debt.
