Yes. It could be for a male if it bothered him, but it usually doesn’t.

i wouldnt call that harassment, i would call that sexual assault…… usually sexual harassment only applies to the work place, any other place its either just simple harassment (voiced) or assault (physical), especially if the slap was unwanted.

Yes, because he is in a position of authority over her and he made unwanted contact with a portion of her anatomy that he was not entitled to touch legitimately. And even once can be considered sexual harassment. Unfortunately though it can be hard to prove without a witness, and even if there are witnesses, they may be unwilling to testify against the coach as they will be black-listed, as will the complainant!
