₪₪₪ If I buy a vacant lot and pay all the back taxes, what rights do the holders of liens and judgments have?

There is a mechanics lien on a house which burned down years ago. There is a judgment for medical expenses against the former owner who is now deceased. His wife, however is still living and is willing to sell me her interest for a nominal amount. She now lives in another city and has no money to spend on the property. The lot is in Texas.
