₪₪₪ If our government refuses to enforce some laws, should Americans respect any law?
Immigration laws are not being enforced by our Federal Government. Penalties for fraudulent ID’s are not being enforced. Employers hiring illegals are not being fined as the law directs. The IRS is not seizing assets and forcing illegals to pay federal income taxes as they do to citizens. A couple of days ago, on CSpan, Rice said they are not enforcing the law that deny Visas to countries who will not take back their illegals. Is this causing American citizens to not respect the laws of our country?
Smile: I was taught to obey all laws & work to change unfair or wrong laws. Lack of enforcement is wrong. If the laws should not be enforced, they should be deleted. The purpose of laws is to maintain civil order, and not just punative. We have no civil order when laws are not enforced.
