Is sexual harassment turned into a weapon for women in the work place?
I am in the Army (legal section) and I see more and more cases of (mostly) young girls who are asked to preform their duties that are admitted not the most fun job, however they clam to be a victim of sexual harassment so they can not only get out of the work but get even with the (man) person who told them to do it in the first place. My theory is that it is a way to clam power, and punish men for having the audacity for insisting them to do their job.

One of the best reasons not to hire a woman is that eventually, every single one of them will be say she was once “sexually harassed” by a co-worker. And guess who gets to pay for it?
You.
Money can make a woman forget anything. Humiliation, morals, the emotional well-being of her own children. That’s why strippers never graduate. When women see dollar signs, their brains turn into sh*t.
By hiring a man over a woman, you are not only getting a more qualified, more competent, less smelly employee, you’re also lowering your chances of being sued for providing a hostile work environment to zero.
But even if you do get sued for sexual harassment, it’s bullshit.
Sexual harassment doesn’t exist.
If you don’t like the way you’re getting treated at work, quit. Or put on thirty pounds! No one’s forcing any of you fascist c__ts to be there in the first place. Go work at a Curves if you don’t like men. Or learn to cook a roast and stay in a man’s house rent free. A fed man is one who will tolerate your constant failings.
Despite how stupid they are in math, women perform a complex mathematical calculation to determine whether or not they are being subject to sexual harassment:
Every woman takes how much money a guy has, A;
times the odds he will give her some of that money, B;
times the number of other girls who want to f–k him, C.
If A times B times C is less than the amount of attention a guy is giving her: Ding, ding, ding! She’s being sexually harassed! Time to contact HR!
That makes sexual harassment not only subjective, but also completely arbitrary. Any time a woman wants, she can radically change her view of what’s appropriate, offensive, or even hostile. And when we start basing the law around that, we make the law something that is as flaky and non-committal as women.
Getting hit on or having your a-ss grabbed is not a big deal. And neither is getting berated by your boss or fired for not giving him head. Just quit. But women can’t do that can they. Sexual harassment causes them pain! Here’s why.
The reason women get upset by unwanted sexual attention is because those guys are getting it for free. Think about it. Since the day they turn 13, women are bombarded by attention. Heaps and heaps of attention by men of all ages simply for access to what they’ve got between their legs: a vagina.
Let’s not forget that time equals money.
Attention from a man is a monetary gift.
When a guy starts angling to get off with a girl for free, it infuriates her because it lowers her price. If one guy gets it without paying, maybe the next guy will do the same. And then she’d have to do more at the office than just gab on IM and play Solitaire. For women, that’s hell.
I’ve had my *** grabbed by women at clubs millions of times. And the reason it’s never bothered me is because I’m not used to getting paid for the privilege.
Men aren’t whores. We give it away.
There are some women who use sexual harassment that way. Sadly, the legal system of the United States supports actions like that. Given that it is a law that a woman accusing a man of domestic violence alone requires the police to hold him for 24 hours. Don’t generalize, the majority of women would not use it as a weapon.
Yes, any man might face job dismissal by any woman who intends to weed out competition.
SH is a violation of Bills of Rights of America, it has been challenged by many MRA groups, Judges & lawyers.

If you are in the army, you will know that the purpose of weapons is to use them against other people/things. If you give women sexual harassment legislation, that is a weapon that can be used against others.
Sexual harassment is just one more area where men are held at the mercy of women.
If the woman finds you hot than it’s not sexual harassment.

I know of two incidents of false claims of sexual harrassment. I witnessed one incident which wasn’t harrassment and got dragged into the office. She lied. Another guy was accussed on another unit, but the problem was he wasn’t even at work that day.
Yep. Friend of mine was in a PTSD course, and guess what – one of the guys there was a Warrant Officer Cook, who had suffered a breakdown from having a whole host of women cooks working for him, who he couldn’t train or discipline, or prevent having trouble with their boyfriends, and so on.
Hope he got a big pension.
This ‘harassment’ thing is very much in the eye of the beholder, and suffers from the now growing old feminist lack of logic of having a zero or even sub-zero standard of proof. If you had to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt, it would never exist in many case (I can hear the harpies coming!!).
Maybe they should just turn the Army, Navy and Air Force back over to men – that way the Navy could at least go about its patrols without cases of ’sexual harassment’ between sailors at sea for extended periods of time.
I know of one instance where my female LT (woman) in the prison setting, would have sex with the male officers, to gain protection of men because she thought men would stick up for her after they had sex. She also used men to manipulate other staff. But she wasnt to bright. I screwed her for deliberate indifference, she’s being investigated as we speak. Woman do not belong in power.
I will never understand sexual harassment. How can you possible perceive sexual attention negatively? If some girl told me I had a sweet package I’d walk around with a massive grin on my face for the rest of the day, why is it that if you tell a girl she has a sweet rack she gets pissed? It’s a compliment?
Not trolling here, I’m genuinely baffled about this. Always have been.
