Is that legal? And if I pay the minus fee, is okay to close my bank account immediately after?

I have a levy on my bank account. I only had 52 dollars in my account, and they (creditor) had 1200+ plus taken out of my account so now I’m 1100+ in the hole with the bank.

,,Why change banks if a levy has been placed on your current bank account? ,Anyone know how to stop a bank levy? ,With a Judgment against me, as a power of attorney on an account, can my bank account still be levied? ,Is it safe to add a person to your bank account if their own account has been levied? ,Is it legal to have a weekly wage garnishment and a quarterly bank levy on the same account at the same time? ,

it’s always legal to close your account. if there is a lien or levy on your account, it may be frozen, in which case you can’t close it.
