₪₪₪ My fiance still hasn’t recieved one of her W2s. What do we do?

She worked for Aeropostale last year and they didn’t send her a W2. I really want to report them to the BBB or IRS. They told her she can get it through their website, but those a**holes are supposed to send it to her. We tried to get it through the website, but nothing worked. What should we do so we don’t incur any penalties if it’s not done after the 15th?
