₪₪₪ My part time job stopped taking out my taxes 6 months ago. How will I do my taxes now?

I have been there 4 years, and they always had payroll, I think they got cheap and stopped paying the payroll company. I have another job which requires me to file a 1040se (self-employed/contract employee) But this part time job worries me. Shouldn’t the employer be responsible for my taxes since they screwed up? I’m stressing out!
