₪₪₪ Should I include this job in my Tax Returns???

Do you think it is worth including in my taxes a period of 80 hours of work? I worked at this place from august – end of January, 07…but I moved to a different state and I completely forgot to call them to change my address…now it’s too late and to get those W2s is going to be a pain…and take a long time. Should I just ignore it and only include my current job?
