₪₪₪ Today I realized I had a wage garnishment. I made $579 on my paycheck, but 215.88 was taken out.?

62.52 is what I paid in taxes. I have no clue where this came from and HR wasn’t available to talk to. From what I understand, normally only 25% is taken out for wage garnishment, but, for me, it was much more. I checked my credit report and I don’t even see anything on there! What could this possibly be?
The gross amount of my check was 579.
