₪₪₪ Wage garnishment and getting married?
I have a wage garnishment in effect in South Carolina. Last year my state tax refund was sent to the creditor. What I’m trying to find out is if I get married will they take my husbands state refund as well. If you don’t know the answer any help on where to find it (without having to wade through tons of laws and statutes) would be helpful as well.
