₪₪₪ What are North Carolina’s state laws regarding harassment?
I have a neighbor that will not leave me alone. She comes up to my apartment at least 3-4 times a day without being invited. It has gotten to the point where she lets herself into my home without being invited in and refuses to leave even after I have asked her to go home. I have never led her to believe that we are friends, nor have I ever asked her to come over. Is this harassment, or is there anything I can legally do to keep her away?
