₪₪₪ What are valid reasons for a Judge to issue an Injuction against Harassment?
The son of the owner of the apartments where I live has made physical threats against me. He has gotten in my face as if he is going to hit me. He intimidates me. I found out after I moved into the apartments that he has an extensive criminal history including assault on a police officer. His father (the owner) will not do anything about his son in fact he has paid thousands of dollars to bail him out of jail. If he hasn’t physically touched me what can I say to a Judge to convince him/her that I am truly afraid for my life. One more thing the guy is a drug user the local police have tried but, can’t get sufficient evidence on him to get him arrested for drugs because apparently he may be dealing also.
