,,I’m filing my 1099-misc(tax year 2005)only now,I owed $168.00 how much will I now owe them with interest, etc. ,Short term stock sales omitted on my 2005 taxes, so what do I need to submit to the IRS? ,What is the interest rate on overdue admended tax returns? ,Can I file my taxes for the year 2006 even though I didn’t file for 2005? ,I haven’t filed taxes for 2005. The IRS says I owe tens of thousands in pentalties and interest. What do I do? ,

    You would need to contact your state. I’m sure that not every state has the same penalties. Try to find your states department of rev on the net and see.
