₪₪₪ What laws are being broken here? I entered into an employment agreement on June 20. I should have received?

a paycheck on June 26, and July 3. I have not. This is a company that is setup to withold payroll taxes and is a large national temp agency. Its not my uncle joe bob. What laws are they breaking and what should I get the police to arrest them for?
