₪₪₪ Where can I get details on what this “payroll tax cut” does for me?

Supposedly this tax cut will bring as much as $65 a week into the average home income…. Since I make less than the “average” person on a weekly basis…how can I find out how much money I should expect to be receiving? This “Stimulus Bill” is too complicated for the politicians to even read before they voted on it…so how am I supposed to understand it?
