₪₪₪ Where do you turn when you need to file back taxes, but can’t afford to do so?
Got behind in 2000 due to not filing on time. The I.R.S has garnished my husbands wages on and off since. Prior to 2000 we would get money back. H & R Block offers free filing if you go to them to get taxes done. But that is only for the current year.
