₪₪₪ Why does Hillary Clinton plan to delay making her tax returns public until April 15 (or a few days later)?

Both Obama and McCain have made their tax returns public. Clinton keeps on delaying. There is no possibility to manipulate tax returns after they are sent to the IRS, so that cannot be the reason Clinton is delaying. But the timing is interesting. The crucial Pennsylvania primary takes place on April 22. Does Clinton intend to pull off something before then? Or does she not want the critical media to have enough time to investigate her and her husband’s tax returns before April 22? Will the Clintons at last make public how the Clinton Library in Arkansas was financed? Did Marc Rich pay for it? Rich was a big time tax evader, but in 2000 was pardoned by Bill Clinton.
