How long will it take me to receive an IRS refund after filing an amended return – form 1040X?

I have three years worth of amended returns to file with sizable added refunds due for the past three years. I am mailing them on Monday – how long before I should receive my check from the IRS?
The years I am filing are 2004, 2005, and 2006. I filed Single with a Dependent instead of Head of Household.
